UNSOLVED MURDER:
Andre was a vibrant, charismatic, good-natured, loving person. He valued so much in life, his independence, his work ethic, and family. A recent graduate from Eisenhower High School in Houston Texas. Andre was preparing to move out on his own and prepare for a newborn. Unfortunately, on August 31st 1991, his life was cut short. Fallon, his sister, tells the story of Andre and what had happened on that fateful day.
